The Author

   I was born in Yeovil, England a long while ago (let’s just leave it at that). I came to the United States with my mother, and we settled in the Midwest; Indiana to be exact.  There, I grew up and quickly learned that next to food, clothing, and shelter, the most important thing was I.U. basketball and Bobby Knight. Needless to say, I shot a lot of hoops during my formative years. After graduation and a stint in the army, I married my high school sweetheart (who also happened to be a cheerleader for the high school basketball team I played on), and we raised two fine boys.

   I went to college at IPFW in Fort Wayne and graduated with a BS in Business Management. Over the subsequent years, I worked at Magnavox, N.A. Philips, and Tekonsha Engineering. After I retired, we moved to Washington State, where our two sons ended up living. Once we settled in, I finally got to do what I always felt I wanted: writing fiction. And so, here I am today, sitting at my keyboard, looking for the perfect word to put in that perfect sentence, and all I can say is La vie est belle! (Life is beautiful).
